This unit doesn’t require a plumbing connection and instead features a built-in water reservoir with a removable steam diffuser plate that prevents food from falling into it. An indicator light on the exterior of the machine conveniently lets you know when it’s time to add more water.

This boiler-free convection steamer is NSF certified and energy efficient. It’s constructed out of 304 stainless steel with a satin finish that’s sure to stand up in high traffic kitchens. The chamber is made from a single piece of 316 stainless steel and features coved corners that make for an easy clean.
