Environmentally-safe R290 refrigerant is used in the unit that is run on a robust 1/4 hp compressor. The cabinet is programmed to always maintain temperatures between 33-40, ensuring all ingredients and food are at foodsafe temperature levels.
The Avantco SS-2R-HC features self-closing doors that also come with a convenient stay-open feature, the exterior’s stainless steel construction allows for easy cleaning making this unit very convenient to work with.
