The unit’s refrigeration system is self-contained and designed to provide balanced refrigeration even under the most demanding of environments. The air-cooled system maintains product temperatures within the refrigerated section between 33 and 38°F and is operated by a high-tech Dixell digital temperature controller.
Magnetic door gaskets are also supplied with the refrigerator to help maintain internal temperatures as well as keep dust and other debris out.

The 93-inch Atosa pizza prep table comes equipped with an extra deep, full width cutting board that makes it easy to prepare all sizes of pizza right on top of the unit. The convenient pan area on top can hold 12 1/3-size food pans, giving you plenty of space for keeping all of your most popular pizza toppings close at hand.
This pizza prep station also features a refrigerated base with 28.4 cubic feet of storage space perfect for keeping extra ingredients, toppings, and sauce at food safe temperatures until you're ready to use them. The fridge is equipped with six epoxy coated wire shelves that prevent rust and corrosion. Each shelf has a load capacity of up to 155 pounds and come pre-installed inside the unit.

The refrigerated base features three self-closing and stay open doors, which means that if a door is left open under 90°, it will automatically close completely saving you on energy, and helping preserve all the contents inside. Prep table doors also feature recessed handles that help prevent them from catching on anything or anyone while also making them easy to clean.
A set of six high quality 5-inch swivel casters are also pre-installed to help improve mobility. These industrial casters are designed to hold over 150 pounds of weight and come with brakes on the front set of wheels for added safety and control.
