The Browne Thermalloy line is designed with increased thickness to allow heat to be evenly distributed across the cooking surface. The cover is constructed from 6 gauge aluminum and designed to fit Browne's 20-quart stock pot, making it ideal for heavy-duty usage in restaurant and commercial applications.
