Its two-thirds-size structure supports as much as 14 quarts of food—great for presenting side items. Constructed of 24-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel to protect against chips and scratches, it’s geared for long-term use. When it’s not on the buffet table, it can be stacked on top of other two-third-size pans for streamlined storage.
