I purchased the mini rose and the sunflower molds to fill with homemade ice cream to make single serving "scoops" for a tea party. Both molds are good quality. The capacity of the mini rose pan is perfect for a serving of ice cream and if you spoon it in straight from an ice cream maker and let it freeze overnight, the flowers un-mold easily and look beautiful! The sunflower mold did not release the ice cream as easily, so in the future I will save that for baking and order a few more of the rose molds for doing a full 2 quarts of ice cream at once.
