I've been gluten free for about 4 years now and certain things I haven't been able to find a suitable replacement for. Well, I can scratch this off the list. I have tried a bunch of different breadcrumbs that sucked and kind of gave up. I decided to look again because I was missing chicken cutlets. I gave this a shot because of the reviews and was so pleasantly surprised. It tastes very much like real breadcrumbs and are very nicely seasoned. My wife and I just enjoyed some cutlets for dinner and she agrees that these are the best that we have tried. The search is over...
