The Berkel 300M heritage prosciutto slicer comes equipped with a 12-inch blade made of hollow ground chromium-plated, carbon steel for incredible strength and durability. It features an integrated two stone sharpener to keep the knife in perfect condition, especially when slicing delicate products. A rear ring guard covers the non-slicing side of the blade to ensure the user’s safety.
The meat slicer’s carriage has the capacity to handle food up to 7 inches high by 8.5 inches wide, or 7 inches in diameter and can be used to slice many different kinds of hot or cold meats as well as cheese.
This Berkel slicer can also disassemble quickly without any tools, making clean-up a breeze.
