I've been gluten free for about 4 years now and certain things I haven't been able to find a suitable replacement for. Well, I can scratch this off the list. I have tried a bunch of different breadcrumbs that sucked and kind of gave up. I decided to look again because I was missing chicken cutlets. I gave this a shot because of the reviews and was so pleasantly surprised. It tastes very much like real breadcrumbs and are very nicely seasoned. My wife and I just enjoyed some cutlets for dinner and she agrees that these are the best that we have tried. The search is over...The expiration date is 4/22 I still have 6 months before I reach this date and it’s spoiled. As soon as I opened the container it smelled bad. I am upset I can’t return or get replacement for these as they are also expensive.Great product but poor packaging for shipping. The containers are plastic and one cracked causing the breadcrumbs to fall out. I was very disappointed in the way they came. They were stacked and put in a bag. And they are not cheap!!Love these! I have used them mostly for making meatballs and meatloaf bc they give some texture to the meat. They are so convenient to use and add a delicious italian spice flavor. I will purchase again!This was by far the best gluten-free product we have discovered. It made an excellent breading for our halibut fillets. I'm sure we'll find many other uses for it. Equally impressive was the customer service. One of my packages of crumbs arrived in a compromised state. The Yorke company representative immediately contacted me and resolved the situation. The speed - and generosity - with which the problem was rectified was fairly astounding. This product will become a staple in our household.I've tried so many different GF bread crumbs. These are by far the best on the market. The way these taste and perform in recipes, you cannot tell these are GF. Used to be able to buy at my local grocery store. Was disappointed when they no longer carried these. So happy I found on Amazon.So good! My family actually likes these better than regular bread crumbs. Same price as in the food store we have bought them in.Great taste and texture
