Absolutely the BEST GLUTEN FREE BEST IN THE COUNTRY!!! My son was diagnosed with Celiac disease over 8 years ago and I have bought and throw out Thousands of dollars of breads and hamburger buns, until he ate a Rotellas Gluten Free Hamburger bun when we were on a trip in Washington DC. I ask the restaurant the name of the company they got there hamburger buns from and they gave me Rotellas website information. And I been buying 12 loaves and 12 packages of 6 buns per package of hamburger buns ever since we got back from that trip. And I take two pieces of bread and one bun and wrap them in plastic wrap then Aluminium foil and put two packs of sandwich bread in a qt zip lock bag and then put the loaf and/or package of buns in a Gallon freezer bag. And take them out of the freezer as I need them. It's a lot of work and expensive to buy and the materials that I need to prepare them for the freezer. BUT IT IS WORTH EVER PENNY AND ALL THE TIME THAT IT TAKES!!! Because they have the BEST WHITE SANDWICH BREAD AND HAMBURGER BUNS IN THE COUNTRY!!!!
