Pickup & Return Policy
Equipment may be picked up and returned Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The warehouse is closed on weekends.
Late returns will incur a fee of 25% of the daily rental rate per day.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Nella Toronto. Verbal or voicemail cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation requests must be received within two (2) business days of the order date. If the request is not received in time to stop the shipment, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and applicable return fees will apply.
Orders for custom or made-to-order equipment cannot be canceled unless explicitly approved by the manufacturer.
Nella Toronto reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund, and Nella Toronto will not be held liable for any other loss or damages.
Warranty Policy
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (available upon request). Nella Toronto does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
Nella Toronto shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from equipment failure, installation, or use.
Return Policy
All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Normal wear and tear are expected, but damages, excessive wear, or missing components may result in additional charges.
Customers are responsible for inspecting equipment upon receipt. If damage is noted, customers must report it to Nella Toronto immediately.
Shipping Policy
All shipping fees, unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement, are the responsibility of the customer.
Equipment is shipped F.O.B. (Freight on Board) from Nella Toronto or the manufacturer’s location for special-order items. Customers assume responsibility once the shipment leaves the facility.
General Terms
Rental equipment is provided "as is," and customers are encouraged to inspect equipment upon pickup or delivery.
Adding rental items to your cart or expressing interest does not guarantee availability. Rentals are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and operated by qualified individuals.
