The Browne Thermalloy line is designed with increased thickness to allow for heat to be evenly distributed across the cooking surface. As a result, this increases the cooking efficiency of the heating element to promote less energy use while allowing for foods and liquids to be cooked evenly throughout.
The cover is constructed from stainless steel and designed to fit Browne's 6-quart saucepan and 8.3-quart stock pot, making it ideal for heavy-duty usage in restaurant and commercial applications.
The lid comes with a large, hollow handle riveted to the top for heavy, repetitive use.
